During the retouching process I found that spot fixing was the easiest. The videos were helpful with figuring out what tools to use, at least the basic ones. The colorization process was a lot more tricky for me. The people’s features were the hardest and nothing really looked natural. It was also hard to manipulate the mouse in the small areas, maybe it will become easier once my drawing tablet comes in. The trees and caribou hides were my favorite to re-color. Just hoping I got the layers done correctly, they were a little confusing.

The strap and the man’s hat really stand out in your colors. That gives those specific items some interesting visual interest against the monochromatic background!
Wow that turquoise is a stunning color! I like the transparency of the green you used on the trees – some Alaska days look just like that!
